Designs

  • Can you change designs of shirts?

    That is certainly possible, we embroider all our clothes ourselves so changing embroidery is no problem. Just send us an email to: [email protected]. We do not charge extra for changing embroidery.

  • Can you create your own design and get a custom product?

    You certainly can. You can email us for this at: [email protected]. We can make a design for you ourselves or embroider a supplied design. This can be done on products from our webshop but also on other colors or products if desired.

Returning

  • I want to exchange or return my product, is that possible?

    Exchanges

    You can exchange or return your product within 14 days if it has not been worn, washed or damaged*. We will ask you to return the product and we will ship the new product to you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product, we will pay the shipping costs of the new shirt. Please contact us at: [email protected].

    Returning

    You can return your product within 14 days if it has not been worn, washed or damaged*. Once we have received the order back in good order, we will refund your purchase amount to your account. The shipping costs of the return are for your own account. Please contact us at: [email protected].

    *During the reflection period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The basic principle here is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product as he would be allowed to do in a store. Are you returning a product and do we find that it has been worn, washed or otherwise damaged? Then we cannot accept your return.

Payment

  • What payment options are available?

    You can pay with Ideal, Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Master card, Giropay and PayPal. Post-pay is not possible.

  • I did not pay but I received a confirmation, has my order been placed?

    No your order will be automatically cancelled with us if you do not make the payment. Do you still want to place the order? Then do the order again or send us an email, then you can transfer the amount to us manually or pay via a payment link and we will make the shipment! ([email protected])

Products

  • How is the fitting of products?

    Our products include a size chart if available. Furthermore, it is indicated in the text if a shirt falls smaller or larger than normal.

  • There is a fabric behind my embroidery, what is it?

    This is the under fabric, it is needed to give strength to the embroidery. So it will stay beautiful longer and you can continue to enjoy wearing it! This fabric is a little hard at the beginning but after washing it becomes soft and you will definitely not have any more trouble with it! With small designs you will not notice this fabric at purchase, with larger designs you may want to wash the product once before wearing it to soften the fabric. After the first wash it will not bother you anymore.

  • Do you make the clothes yourselves?

    We order our products from our wholesaler and then embroider them ourselves. Therefore, we are also flexible in making and changing embroideries!

Delivery

  • What countries can packages be shipped to?

    We ship mainly to the Netherlands and Belgium, but shipping to other countries is not a problem. With your order you can choose the right shipping option. For shipments to the Netherlands you pay €3,90, for shipments to Belgium you pay €4,90 and to other EU countries €9,50 and to the UK €12,10.

  • How long does delivery of a product take?

    We try to stitch and ship our orders as soon as possible, products are shipped within 3 business days. We maintain a delivery time of 1-5 business days for Dutch orders and 1-7 business days for other countries. Since we embroider all products for your order it can sometimes happen that the package takes a little longer, you will be informed about this by email.

  • Can I receive a track&trace for my shipment?

    Delivery within the Netherlands

    Have you placed an order from the Netherlands and want a track & trace? Please send us an email, a track & trace is available for Dutch shipments.

    Delivery outside the Netherlands

    To keep shipping costs low for our customers we send our packages without track and trace. We can track your package if it is delayed, but this is not available to consumers. If your package is delayed please let us know, so we can see where your package is.

Order confirmation

  • I did not receive an order confirmation in my mail, how is this possible?

    Please check your junk mail/spam for this. Our confirmation may have ended up there. If this is not the case you can send us an email and we will send it to you again: [email protected] . You will receive an email from us confirming your order and a shipping confirmation when your order has been shipped.
